Future VIU students who are not yet enrolled in any courses and would like to make an appointment to meet with an educational advisor, can use this registration page to create a temporary future student account in the Experience Hub.

Once submitted, your account application will be reviewed and if it meets the requirements for a "Future Student" account, will be approved for use.

Requirements for a future student account include having a valid VIU student ID and not being enrolled in any VIU courses.

Once approved, you will receive an email to let you know you have access to the Experience Hub and you will be ready to login and book your appointment.

Please note that if you are a current student and have been enrolled in courses, this application will immediately convert to a current student account and you will need to login using your single sign on credentials to access the account.

Please enter the 9 digit student ID number that appears in your VIU student record plus an "F" at the end to indicate that you are a future student.

If you do not have a VIU student ID, please create your own unique user name to be used as a login ID.
